These Customer Terms apply to organizations subscribing to eVA, including administrators, managers, and end users.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Configure user access appropriately
- Educate users on acceptable AI usage
- Validate AI generated responses before reliance
- Ensure lawful processing of any uploaded content
3. Compliance Obligations
Customers are responsible for compliance with:
- Data protection laws applicable to their industry
- Accessibility requirements applicable to their deployment
- Internal governance and audit policies
4. Marketplace Specific Terms
If purchased via Microsoft Commercial Marketplace:
- Microsoft marketplace terms apply in addition
- Subscription lifecycle events are managed through Microsoft APIs
- Billing and renewal follow Microsoft policies
5. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify ePathUSA Inc against claims arising from misuse of the service or violation of applicable laws.
6. Modifications
ePathUSA Inc may update these terms with reasonable notice.
