eVA is a proprietary AI powered virtual assistant platform developed and operated by ePathUSA Inc.

2. Marketplace Relationship Disclosure

eVA is offered through the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace as an independent software vendor solution.

  • Microsoft is not responsible for the operation, support, or content of eVA
  • All customer support, service delivery, and issue resolution are provided by ePathUSA Inc
  • Marketplace purchases are governed by Microsoft Commercial Marketplace terms in addition to ePathUSA Inc terms

3. Subscription and Billing

For Marketplace purchases:

  • Subscription activation and lifecycle events are handled through Microsoft Marketplace APIs
  • Billing, invoicing, renewals, and cancellations follow Microsoft Marketplace policies
  • Usage limits, quotas, or token-based consumption may apply based on the selected plan

Any disputes related to service functionality or usage must be directed to ePathUSA Inc support.

4. Data Processing and Hosting

  • eVA is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure
  • Customer data is logically isolated at the tenant level
  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • No customer data is sold or shared for advertising purposes

Microsoft acts as a cloud infrastructure provider and does not access or control customer content within eVA.

5. Security and Compliance Responsibilities

ePathUSA Inc is responsible for:

  • Application security controls
  • Identity and access management within the application
  • Data protection practices
  • Incident response related to the eVA service

Customers are responsible for:

  • Proper configuration of users and permissions
  • Compliance with their internal governance and regulatory obligations
  • Validation of AI generated outputs before business use
